If you prefer the Alentejo coast and / or water activities in the dam or the ocean, Monte Azul is for you! The property with 35.000 m² is less than half an hour of Porto Covo and 5 min. of dam Barragem Fonte Serne. Monte Azul has a recent architecture and is set in a natural, quiet and beautiful setting. The property contains a small pine forest, a pond, a cork oak forest and orchard. Several activities can be practiced both inside and outside the property.
Around the location favors the contact with a broad historical and cultural heritage.
But if history and culture of the region does not tell you much, has at your disposal several alternatives! In the fantastic dam Barragem Fonte Serne at five minutes of the property, you can practice water sports. Fishing, sailing, canoeing or windsurfing await you. If you prefer salt water, you are located near a diversity of beaches. From the bustle of Vila Nova de Milfontes, to the warm waters of St.Torpes, in the middle is a pearl of the Portuguese's beaches - the Malhão. Access is by dirt, but it's certainly worth to to enjoy a natural landscape. Ah ... and Porto Covo! Included in the Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo, Porto Covo is a fishing village and tourist attraction for its history, nature, tranquility and, in addition for its legendary island - the Ilha do Pessegueiro.
